Granting social assistance to single persons/families with incomes not exceeding the guaranteed minimum income.
The mayor's order regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, cessation of the rights provided by this law, the change of the holder thereof, as well as the corresponding decisions of the executive director, including those for the recovery of undue amounts collected, may be challenged in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
The granting of family support allowance aims to supplement the incomes of families in order to ensure better conditions for raising and educating children, as well as to encourage school-age children, who are in the care of families with low incomes, to attend educational courses.
