regarding the quality of the applicant and his/her relationship with the child/children for whom the right is requested, for one of the persons who has adopted the child / to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption / who has the child in foster care / in emergency foster care, with the exception of the professional foster carer who can benefit from these rights only for his/her own children, as well as the person who has been appointed as guardian.

- Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S) indicating the period during which the maternity benefit (pregnancy + confinement) was paid, or a declaration on one's own responsibility stating that you have not received the maternity benefit;
- Certificates from the Public Finance Administration showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth or, if applicable, proof of the income calculated for the purpose of advance tax payment;
- Tax assessment decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth, indicating the date the activity started;
- Single Declaration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth;
- Decision of suspension or termination of activity, statement 070 from the Public Finance Administration;
For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.:
- CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ATTESTING ATTENDANCE OF FULL-TIME CLASSES WITHOUT INTERRUPTION UNTIL THE DATE OF APPLICATION IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH, OR GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OR A CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE UNIVERSITY WAS COMPLETED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH IF LOCATED IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS
m) attending, without interruption, full-time pre-university education, including under the "Second Chance" program, or, as appropriate, university education at the level of bachelor's or master's degree programs, as well as postgraduate master's level education, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except in cases of interruption of studies for medical reasons;
n) have the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by the National Education Law No. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions;
o) are in the period between completing a form of pre-university education and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of full-time pre-university education, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
p) are in the period between graduating full-time pre-university education, organized according to the law, and the start of full-time university education, in the same calendar year;
q) are in the period between completing a form of full-time university education, with or without a bachelor's or diploma examination, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of full-time university education, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
r) are in the period between completing a form of university education at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, as well as postgraduate master's level education, full-time, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education at bachelor's or master's degree level, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
s) are in the period between completing a form of postgraduate education, full-time, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of postgraduate education, full-time, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
t) are in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education or, as appropriate, from graduating full-time pre-university education, university education at the level of bachelor's or master's degree and postgraduate master's level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation examination, for the purpose of employment or, as appropriate, entering unemployment, calculated from the 1st day of the month following the completion of studies
- DECLARATION ON OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT NO TAXABLE INCOME IS OBTAINED
If the father applies for the child-raising and care allowance, the mother's employer's certificate specifying the period during which the maternity benefit was paid, i.e. prenatal and postnatal leave, or a declaration on own responsibility that she did not benefit from the maternity benefit, is also required.*
