Details

The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urban planning certificate, which aims to prepare documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding public works design contracts through a feasibility study phase auction, for legal requests and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, establishing a right of way in relation to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 839 dated Oct 12, 2009 for approving the Methodological Norms for the application of Law No. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.

Receipt for payment of legal fee (copy):
up to 150 sqm - 6.77 lei
between 151 – 250 sqm inclusive – 7.9 lei
between 251 – 500 sqm inclusive - 10.15 lei
between 501 – 750 sqm inclusive – 13.54 lei
between 751 – 1000 sqm inclusive – 15.80 lei
over 1,000 sqm – 15.80+0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000 sqm.
The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate for rural areas is 50% of the fee established above.

Payment can be made by OP in the account RO 15TREZ27521070250XXXXX CUI 14932420, through Pucioasa Treasury.

Proof of payment is uploaded in section III. If you do not have the document that proves payment and do not know how much to pay, upload an empty file, and we will inform you directly in your eDirect account how much you have to pay. After making the payment, you send us the proof of payment.
