For extending the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be completed and submitted to the issuing authority, accompanied by the issued urban planning certificate in original.
The application for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
