Details
According to art. 40, para.1 of Order 839/2009, the extension of the validity period of the urbanism certificate can only be done by the issuer, at the request of the holder submitted at least 15 days before its expiration, for a period of up to 12 months, after which a new urbanism certificate must be issued.
To extend the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must create an account on the platform start.ps4.ro where they will submit the online application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate.
The fee for extending the validity of the urbanism certificate is 30% of the urbanism certificate fee.
Payment of the fee can be made by payment order (OP) to the account RO70TREZ70421160203XXXXX TREZORERIA SECTORULUI 4, SECTORUL 4 OF BUCHAREST MUNICIPALITY, CUI 4316422, at SelfPay machines, and online when submitting the application.
