The procedure mentions the necessary documents for the registration in the Agricultural Register of the city of Ștefănești, Argeș county, of data regarding natural persons.

The agricultural register constitutes the official document of primary unified record in which the following data are entered:

-the head of the household and its members;

-companies/associations or legal persons who own or use land;

-lands owned or used;

-forests;

-the manner of use of agricultural areas;

-uncultivated areas, fallows;

-areas cultivated in greenhouses or solariums;

-family gardens;

-isolated fruit trees, fruit and vine plantations;

-irrigated areas;

-animals (existing at the beginning of the semester) and the evolution of the number of animals during the year;

-agricultural and forestry equipment-installations;

-means of transport with animal and mechanical traction existing at the beginning of the year;

-application of fertilizers, amendments, and pesticides;

-use of fertilizers;

-buildings existing at the beginning of the year and other notes.

Entering data in the Agricultural Register is done based on a declaration given under own responsibility by the head of the household or, in their absence, by another adult member of the household who has full legal capacity.

Registration in the Agricultural Register of data concerning buildings and lands, the holder of the ownership right over them, as well as the change of use category can only be done based on documents attached to the declaration made under signature, under the sanction of nullity.

If there are no documents, registration in the Agricultural Register of data regarding buildings and lands, the holder of the ownership right over them, as well as the change of use category, can be done based on a declaration given under signature, under the sanction of nullity.

These declarations may be given according to the option of the individual required to declare in the Agricultural Register:

1. in front of the local secretary;

2. in front of the public notary;

3. at Romanian diplomatic missions and consular offices.

In the case of co-ownership, any of the co-owners may give the declaration (Order no. 25/2020 of MADR).

The periods in which individuals and legal entities are required to declare the data for registration in the Agricultural Register are as follows:

-between January 5 and the last working day of February, for annual data regarding household members, land owned/used, buildings and means of transport with animal and mechanical traction, machines, equipment and installations for agriculture and forestry, animals existing in the household/legal entity at the beginning of each year, as well as changes that occurred during the previous year in the number of animals they own, as a result of sale-purchase, offspring obtained, death or slaughter of animals, or other entries-exits;

-between the 1st and the last working day of May, for data regarding the category of land use, cultivated areas, number of trees in the respective agricultural year;

-individuals and legal entities are also required to declare data for entry in the agricultural register, outside the deadlines provided in points a) and b), within 30 days from the occurrence of any change.

Individuals and legal entities are required to declare, within the legal deadlines, accurate and complete data for their registration in the Agricultural Register (art.14 of Ordinance no. 28/2008).
