​This procedure describes the method of issuing the UAT permit based on which the advertising means is placed

Applications are submitted to:
1. Citizen Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Registry Office of the Municipality of Constanța, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through post offices;
3. Online, at the email address: urbanism@primaria-constanta.ro

The UAT Constanța permit based on which the advertising means is placed is issued within the legal term of 30 days.

The duration for keeping the advertising flags will be a maximum of 90 calendar days, with the possibility of extending this period for another 90 days.

The dimensions of the advertising flags will be a maximum of 0.8m (base) x 1.25m (height).

Locations belonging to the Municipality of Constanța, which fall under this procedure, are provided in the Local Advertising Regulation at the level of the Municipality of Constanța approved by H.C.L. no.105/2021, Annex no. 10 to the regulation, except for those that are the subject of another form of assignment.

Monday – Wednesday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Payment of the fees will be made after confirming the fulfillment of the approval conditions and only if approval is possible.
The necessary documents will be submitted in two copies!
