Applications are submitted at:
1. Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) phone 0241485565;
2. Through post offices, to the address of the City Hall of Constanța Municipality - Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the e-mail address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro
The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period at most equal to the one initially approved.

Monday – Wednesday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
