The procedure describes:

- the steps to follow for concluding a contract for a new connection/branch for water supply and sewage services, or for updating or transferring the contract;

- the necessary documents for concluding the contract;

The documents can be submitted:

- online on the platform MyCAS after creating an account in the application or
- physically at the customer interface points of Compania de Apă Someș in Cluj-Napoca, Zalău, Dej, Gherla, Huedin.
