THE SANITARY AUTHORIZATION BASED ON THE STATEMENT OF OWN RESPONSIBILITY is the administrative procedure by which the competent authority registers the statement of own responsibility regarding compliance with the legal regulations related to the field and is notified and requested to verify conformity.
