The service involves the issuance of certificates attesting the entries in the agricultural register necessary for the preparation of scholarship, unemployment, social assistance files, population records, and for various institutions (Electrica, Eon Gaz, mobile telephony, etc.).
Certificates can be requested by any person who is registered in the Agricultural Register.
Required documents

- those citizens who do not have an agricultural register position will complete a declaration on their own responsibility stating that they do not own agricultural land within the city of Negreşti or in other localities in the country, which they will attach to the request
- for certificates for social assistance and unemployment, a fiscal stamp is not required upon request
- for certificates necessary for population records, it is mandatory for the applicant to have an agricultural register position (to own agricultural land, house, and annexes).
