Details

Persons who meet the internship conditions, according to the law (have completed 12 months in the last 24 months prior to the birth of the child, taxable income, or were in assimilated internship periods, can optionally benefit from the following rights:

Leave for raising a child up to 2 years old, respectively 3 years old in the case of a child with a disability, as well as a monthly allowance.

Persons who, during the period when they are entitled to benefit from parental leave, earn taxable income have the right to an insertion incentive.
