For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard request (according to Form - model F.7 - REQUEST for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) is filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the originally issued urbanism certificate.
The request for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
Upon submission of the request for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
