For extending the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) must be filled and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued urbanism certificate.
The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Together with the submission of the application for extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
