Details

For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to the Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the building permit) must be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit.

The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 45 days before the expiry of its validity date.

Upon submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
