1. The family consisting of husband, wife and their dependent children, who live together, hereinafter referred to as family, benefits from the allowance provided for in art. 1. 2. The family consisting of a single person and his/her dependent children who live together with him/her, hereinafter referred to as single-parent family, also benefits from the allowance. 3. For the purposes of the provisions of para. (1), the term "family" also refers to an unmarried man and woman, with their children and each other's children, who live and manage the household together, if this is recorded in the social inquiry.*
