This type of application is submitted in the following situations:

- for amending the taxi license when the authorized carrier finds themselves in one of the following situations:
a) replaces the owned vehicle
b) changes the registration number or terminates the leasing contract for the owned vehicle
c) loss/damage/theft of the license
