The procedure for submitting the application regarding the issuance of the placement and/or access authorization

This procedure regulates the manner in which the Mureș County Council issues the placement and/or road access permit for carrying out works in the area of county roads in Mureș County, under the administration of the Mureș County Council, for constructions and adjacent roads (warehouses, halls, fuel stations, factories, vulcanization shops, car washes, hotels, motels, tourist stops, commercial spaces, shops, parking lots, dwellings, household annexes, modernization of adjacent roads, etc.):

Art.46*) - (1) For the placement or installation in the public road area of advertising panels, any constructions or commercial activities, access ways, arrangements or installations for any purpose, without endangering the safety of traffic, it is mandatory, in addition to the building permit, as applicable, to obtain the prior agreement and the placement and/or access permit in the public road area, issued by the administrator of the respective road.

Art.46*) - (3) The obligation and responsibility to request the prior agreement and the placement and/or access permit in the public road area, as well as the responsibility for complying with these, fall to the beneficiary of the works or objectives carried out or placed in the public road area.
