This procedure regulates the authorization method of economic operators carrying out activities found in groups 561 Restaurants, 563 Bars and other beverage serving activities, in fixed-location sales structures, in accordance with the provisions of art.475 paragraph (3) of Law no.227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, Ordinance 99/2000, HCLM 177/2016, Law 393/2001.
As well as the activities provided in the CAEN codes from:
