For the registration in the fiscal record of a means of transport on water, the form (model 2016 ITL 007) is downloaded, completed and electronically signed, with a qualified electronic signature*

For the identification of individuals in relation to the local tax authority and the establishment of their tax domicile, the following documents shall be electronically attached, as applicable: - The identity document - The birth certificate (in the case of a minor owner who does not possess an identity card, in which case the tax declaration will be completed by their legal guardian) - The tax registration certificate (a document by which the tax identification number/registration code is individualized and is used in the case where the taxpayer does not have a personal identification number). Note: The compliance with the original of the copies shall be certified by the taxpayer/payer by adding the mention “true to the original”, according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in their relationship with the local tax authority, the following documents are attached electronically: - The power of attorney and the identity document of the authorized representative. Note: The conformity with the original of the copies is carried out by the taxpayer/payer by marking the mention "certified copy of the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and additions, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

In the case of natural persons, for the registration in the tax records of a watercraft, the following supporting documents are electronically attached, as applicable: - Identity document - Document of acquisition of the means of transport, which may be, as applicable: - Fiscal invoice - Contract of alienation-acquisition - Exchange contract - Donation act - Payment in kind act - Adjudication act - Final and irrevocable/final and enforceable court decision, - etc. - In the case of means of transport subject to financial leasing contracts: - Financial leasing contract and/or novation/assignment agreement - Proof of recovery and the termination request, accompanied by the handover protocol or any other similar document, for taxpayers who are tenants; - Vehicle identity card - Tax clearance certificate issued in the name of the seller/former user by the specialized department of the competent local public administration authority, except for means of transport acquired from abroad; In the case of the transfer of ownership through the use, as applicable, of the CONTRACT OF ALIENATION-ACQUISITION, MODEL 2016 ITL-054, the visa applied in the upper right corner represents the equivalent of the TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE (according to ORDER 1069/1578/114 of 28.07.2016)! - The document issued by the Romanian Naval Authority indicating the technical characteristics of the watercraft Note: The conformity of copies with the original is performed by the taxpayer/payer by entering the note "conform cu originalul" ("certified copy of the original"), according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, as amended and supplemented, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*
