The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the construction and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with its subsequent modifications and completions) (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 para. 1 ind. 4 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished) (except for public utility investment works).*
