Regarding the quality of the applicant and their relationship with the child/children for whom they are claiming the right, for one of the persons who has adopted the child/ to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption purposes/ who has the child in foster care/ in emergency foster care, except for the professional foster parent who may benefit from these rights only for their own children, as well as the person who has been appointed as guardian. In the case of P.F.A: - Certificate from the Health Insurance House (C.A.S.) with the period during which the maternity allowance (pregnancy + postpartum) was paid or a declaration on own responsibility stating that they did not benefit from the maternity allowance - Certificates from the Public Finance Administration - showing the income earned in the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth or, as the case may be, proof of the income calculated for the advance payment of tax; - Tax assessment decisions from the Public Finance Administration for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth, showing the starting date of the activity - The Single Declaration, for the last 2 fiscal years prior to the child's birth - Suspension or cessation of activity decision, declaration 070, from the Public Finance Administration For students, university graduates, pupils, etc.: - CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ATTESTING DAY COURSE ATTENDANCE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, UNTIL THE DATE OF THE REQUEST IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH OR GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THEY GRADUATED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S BIRTH IF IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS: - attending, without interruption, day courses in pre-university education, including within the "Second Chance" program, or, as applicable, university education at bachelor or master level, as well as post-university education at master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except in cases where courses are interrupted for medical reasons; - are doctoral students, under the conditions provided by National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and additions - are in the period between completing a form of pre-university education and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of pre-university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between graduating from day courses of pre-university education, organized according to the law, and starting university education, day courses, in the same calendar year; - are in the period between completing a form of university education, day courses, with or without a bachelor's or diploma exam, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between completing a form of university education, at bachelor or master's level, as well as post-university education at master's level, day courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of university education at bachelor or master's level, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the period between completing a form of post-university education, day courses, and starting, in the same calendar year, another form of post-university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; - are in the 60-day period from the completion of compulsory education courses or, as applicable, from graduating from day courses of pre-university, university education at bachelor or master level, and post-university at master's level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation exam, in order to get employment or, as applicable, transition into unemployment, calculated starting from the 1st of the month following the completion of studies - DECLARATION ON OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT NO TAXABLE INCOME IS EARNED If the father is claiming the child raising and care allowance, a certificate from the mother's employer specifying the period during which the maternity allowance was paid, i.e., prenatal and postnatal leave, or a declaration on own responsibility stating that the maternity allowance was not benefited from, is also required.*
