According to Article 30 paragraph (1) of the updated Law 307/2006 regarding fire protection:
The commencement of execution works for new constructions and arrangements or for modification and/or change of destination of existing ones is allowed only after obtaining the fire safety permit for the categories mentioned in HGR 571 of 2016, updated with subsequent amendments and completions.
