Stages of concluding a service provision contract:
1. the beneficiary submits a firm order, request or letter
2. checking the conditions imposed by M.82/2008 regarding: state debts, bankruptcy, etc.
3. negotiation of the contract by the institution's negotiation committee
4. signing of the contract by the parties
5. advance payment of 50% of the contract value within 3 days, according to the provisions of the order of the Minister of National Defence M.82/2008
6. auditing by the MoND internal audit structure of contracts with a value greater than 50,000 lei
7. fulfillment of contractual obligations by the provider
8. delivery of the product resulting from the service provided
