Holders of non-lethal weapons may request from the arms, explosives and dangerous substances unit the issuance of authorization to acquire a new weapon under the conditions provided in art. 73 paragraph (2) of the Methodological Norms for the Application of Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of weapons and ammunition, approved by Government Decision no. 11/2018.
To simplify the process of submitting documents and reduce the time spent at the counter, the request and supporting documents can be submitted electronically, exclusively through the eARM online platform. To submit your request online, select the "Start request" button, through which you access the eARM online platform.
