Authorized gunsmiths and intermediaries who intend to transfer lethal weapons or non-lethal weapons subject to authorization, as well as parts and essential components thereof, to a gunsmith or intermediary from a member state of the European Union in which the legislation does not require obtaining a prior agreement must apply for the issuance of a transfer authorization without prior agreement, in accordance with the provisions of art. 173 of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law 295/2004 on the regime of weapons and ammunition, approved by Government Decision no. 11/2018.
