The Residential Adult Service and the Specialty Commissions - The Specialty Commissions Department drafts and issues certificates for classification in the degree of disability for adult persons, after their approval in the meetings of the Evaluation Commission for Adults with Disabilities Suceava.

Appeals filed against these certificates of classification in the degree of disability are submitted to the secretariat of the evaluation commission for persons with disabilities (The Residential Adult Service and Specialty Commissions - The Specialty Commissions Department, within D.G.A.S.P.C. Suceava) or at the A.N.P.D.P.D. registry and can be contested by its holder, within 30 calendar days from the date of communication, to the Superior Commission of Evaluation for Adults with Disabilities.

In the event of the appeal being registered at the secretariat of the Evaluation Commission for Persons with Disabilities Suceava, SRACS - CCS transmits to the Superior Commission, within 5 working days from registration, the appeal, the proof of communication of the disability certificate, and the file of the concerned person.

In the event of the appeal being registered at the Authority's registry, the secretariat of the Superior Commission takes over and records it in its Correspondence Register and requests, within 5 working days, from the Evaluation Commission for Persons with Disabilities Suceava the person's file. C.E.P.A.H. Suceava, through its secretariat, is obliged to send the documents to the S.C. within 3 working days from the request.
