The individual or legal entity interested in receiving information from the local public administration authority regarding a real estate property—land and/or constructions—for the purposes defined in Article 6 of the law may request an urban planning certificate.


In order to issue the urban planning certificate, the applicant shall address the Cisnădie Town Hall by submitting an application according to form F1—Application for issuing the urban planning certificate—which shall include both the identifying elements of the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested (locality, cadastral number, and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise), as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request.


Payment can also be made on www.ghișeul.ro. The department handling the request is the Urbanism Service.
