Technical presentation memorandum of the requested work for approval in original, which should include: the existing situation - delimitation of the existing intravilan of the locality/commune, with the exact indication of the county road or roads crossing the locality, the kilometer positions on the county road, the existing buildable limits; the territory between the limit of the intravilan and the territorial administrative boundary, with kilometer positions. projected situation: - reservation of land for future road developments (with at least the width of a traffic lane in alignment – or according to the opinions of the designers of the modernization/widening works of county roads, and in compliance with visibility conditions on the road). - creation of parallel roads to the county road, to take over the traffic generated by the objectives located in the county road area and which intersect the county road at intersections adequately arranged for the traffic volumes. The extension of the intravilan along the county road will be done only under the conditions of arranging collector roads parallel to the county roads, which lead into intersections arranged according to current norms. These collector roads will be set up along the entire length of the intravilan extension, both on the left side and on the right. *In the event that there is not enough land for the realization of said collector roads, the town hall can extend the intravilan of the localities laterally, and for the connection with the county roads develop a catenary network of roads which will lead into these, in appropriately arranged intersections. - reservation of necessary spaces for placing utilities, public transport stations, parking lots, etc., outside the safety zone of the county road. - the kilometer positions of the locality indication boards (entry and exit), mentioning that the rules of the intravilan apply between the indication boards (especially the speed limit). - the kilometer positions of intersections with other roads (national, county, communal) and stating whether these are proposed for modernization or not. - specifying the intravilan area proposed for introduction into the intravilan (starting and ending kilometer positions), correlated with the existing one. - the safety and protection zone of the county road will be specified, in the built areas, in the existing intravilan areas, intravilan extension areas, and extravilan areas, according to OG 43/1997, the distance for placing fences situated on both sides of the county road. - in the design, execution and interventions on the roads, account will be taken of their functional categories, road traffic, traffic safety, technical standards, economic, social and security factors, rational use of land, conservation and environmental protection and urban planning and territorial planning documents, approved by law, as well as the technical norms in force to adapt them to the requirements of pedestrians, cyclists, persons with disabilities and the elderly. - according to OG 43/1997, art. 28 - the arrangement of level intersections between two or more roads is done by ensuring priority for traffic on the higher category road.*

Site plan at a convenient scale, in original, to include: - the existing route of the county roads that pass through the locality (highlighted), - the kilometer markings on the county road for the following limits: administrative, existing built-up area, proposed built-up area, existing/proposed collector roads. - the kilometer markings of intersections with other classified roads (national, county, communal), - the kilometer markings of intersections proposed for modernization and of other elements related to traffic (bypass roads, collector roads, etc.).*

Cross-sections of the county road (from fence/construction to fence/construction) for: - Existing built-up area. - Proposed built-up area. - Non-built-up area. The sections will be made on characteristic sectors, separately for the current situation of the county road area and separately for the proposed situation for the road area. They will include the county road and all its structural elements (carriageway, shoulder, ditch, slope, sidewalk, bicycle lanes, collector roads, utilities area, etc.), as well as the road areas (protection area, safety area, construction limit). For the extension areas of the built-up area, spaces will be reserved for the modernization of the county road, collector roads, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, public transport stations, utilities area, etc.*
