According to CECCAR regulations, those who graduated the aptitude exam need to register in the inventory of the Body in maximum 30 days. Appeal routes
The appeal against the rejection of the application for registration in the Chart of the Body by foreign citizens shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification and shall be settled within 30 days from the date of registration within CECCAR. The decisions adopted by CECCAR regarding the rejection of the registration application may be challenged to the Superior Council of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, within 30 days from their receipt, and shall be settled within 15 days from the date of registration of the appeal. The decisions of the Superior Council of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania may be challenged before the Administrative Contentious Section of the Bucharest Tribunal.
