For the purpose of ceasing operations with precious metals and precious stones, the interested economic operator will fill out an application to cease operations with precious metals and precious stones, specifying the operations they no longer wish to carry out, as named in the annex of the authorization. The application is submitted through the electronic services portal. The specialized department will make the relevant notes of renunciation on the authorization annex. The economic operator may request the cessation of operations with precious metals and precious stones by filling out, in the electronic services portal available on the ANPC website, a request for temporary suspension/cessation of activity and will submit, if applicable, the supporting documents issued by the National Trade Register Office. Upon cessation of activity, the economic operator will submit to the headquarters of the specialized department, if applicable, the punches with the responsibility mark and the authorization issued in printed format, as the case may be.*
