The procedure concerns the obligation to notify AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest, by providers of employment intermediation services and/or professional information and counseling services from other EU and EEA member states accredited/authorized under the laws of their country of origin, regarding the provision, on a permanent basis, in Romania, according to the law, of employment intermediation services on the domestic labor market of Romania and/or professional information and counseling services, regulated by the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions. The obligation is considered fulfilled in the situation of submitting the notification to the territorial agency in the administrative-territorial unit where they establish themselves on a permanent basis in Romania, according to the law, and have a permanent headquarters or, as the case may be, domicile/residence, together with all the documents required by law that accompany this notification.
