Details
The accreditation of providers of labor mediation services on the domestic market in Romania is carried out under the conditions stipulated by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions, by ANOFM through the territorial agencies AJOFM / AMOFM Bucharest in whose territorial jurisdiction the providers have their headquarters or, as the case may be, domicile/residence. Providers of employment/mediation services from EU member states and the EEA who, for the provision of these services, were not required to obtain accreditation/authorization under the law of their home country, thus not being subject to accreditation/authorization conditions, when providing these services in Romania, are subject to the same accreditation conditions as providers from Romania, excepting those providers who intend to provide such services cross-border on Romanian territory, temporarily/occasionally, and who, when performing their activities in Romania, are subject to the notification procedure.

The request must be accompanied by the documents provided for in Article 5 of the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions.*
