Details

The accreditation of providers of labor mediation services on the internal market—Romania—is carried out under the conditions stipulated by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions, by ANOFM through the territorial agencies AJOFM / AMOFM Bucharest within whose territorial jurisdiction the providers have their headquarters or, as the case may be, domicile/residence. Providers of employment/mediation services from EU and EEA member states for whom, for the provision of these services, on the basis of the legislation of the country of origin it was not necessary to obtain an accreditation/authorization, thus not being subject to accreditation/authorization conditions, in the case of performing these activities in Romania, are subject to the same accreditation conditions as providers from Romania, except for providers who intend to provide such cross-border services on the territory of Romania on a temporary/occasional basis and who, in the case of carrying out their activity in Romania, are subject to the notification procedure.
