Procedure regarding the tourist authorization of nautical leisure activity*

The economic operator submits to the headquarters of the central public authority responsible for tourism the application accompanied by the documentation provided for by OMTCT no. 292 of 2003.

The verification of the documentation is carried out within 5 days from the date of registration, and if necessary, a request for completion will be issued if it is incomplete.

Within 30 days from the date of registration of the economic operator's application, the nautical leisure area is checked and the tourist authorization certificate is granted only if the conditions regarding the arrangement, equipment, and endowment of the nautical leisure area are met.
