This procedure describes how, entities with legal personality, authorized for analysis and testing in construction, may request an extention of the authorization for aditional profiles and tests. The authorization attests the legal competence to issue, under the law, documents stating the fulfilment of construction standards and quality standards of construction materials.
Entitled persons
Legally established legal entity or an entity with legal personality within a legal entity, based in the E.U. and/or Romania, which owns a laboratory authorized by the State Inspectorate for Construction - I.S.C.

Appeal routes
In the event that the requesting laboratory does not meet the authorization requirements, the authorization commission shall communicate to it, by means of a written note, the decision to reject the authorization request, which may be appealed within 10 days from the date of communication. Appeals filed by the requesting legal entities whose authorization requests have been rejected are received by the I.S.C. and are re-examined by the authorization commission together with all documents submitted in the file, which will decide, as the case may be, the acceptance/rejection of the appeal.
