For the issuance of the tourism license, in the case of a change of headquarters, the economic operator submits to the central public institution responsible for tourism a documentation with the following contents (see below, Required Documents). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the request, through a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the analysis period of the documentation provided in paragraph (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of issuance of the first notification the documentation provided in paragraph (2) is not completed, it is closed.
