The procedure concerns the obligation to notify AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest, by providers of employment mediation services and/or professional information and counseling services established in another EU or EEA member state who have the legal right to provide such services under the legislation of their country of origin, whether or not they are, as the case may be, subject to an accreditation/authorization procedure for providing these services, if they intend to provide such cross-border services in Romania on a temporary/occasional basis, as regulated by the Criteria for accrediting providers of specialized services to stimulate employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The obligation shall be considered fulfilled upon submission of the notification to the territorial agency in whose territorial area the activity is intended to be carried out, together with all documents required by law accompanying this notification.
