For the issuance of a duplicate of the tourism license/the annex to the tourism license, in case of loss or deterioration, the economic operator holding it submits to the headquarters of the central public institution responsible for tourism a documentation with the following content: (see below, Required documents). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, through a notification, about the need to submit additional documents, as well as about the consequences regarding the analysis period provided in para. (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of issuance of the first notification the documentation provided in para. (2) is not completed, it is closed.
