The citizen of another Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area and the Romanian citizen, who acquired the quality of forensic expert in another Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area and are permanent practitioners in one of these State, may also practice in Romania on a temporary or occasional basis.

Proof of citizenship of one of the EU member states or of belonging to the European Economic Area or of citizenship of the Swiss Confederation shall be provided by means of an identity document and, if necessary, with another document proving citizenship. The document shall be submitted in a copy certified against the original by the applicant.*

If the document is issued in a language other than Romanian, a legalized Romanian translation of the respective document shall also be submitted.*
