Procedure establishes the logical sequence of operations to be performed for obtaining the license to perform the activity of private investigator/detective by specialized agencies / individual offices, the necessary and resulting documents, as well as the documents flow. These procedure refer to persons with Romanian citizenship, citizenship of a Member State of the EU or one of the European Economic Area sates.

If the medical certificate submitted by the applicant in the examination file for the attestation of the private detective status is within the specified term, a copy thereof may be submitted, which the police officer will check and certify (signed and stamped), as a true copy of the original;*
