The certificate must confirm that the applicant is legally established in a member state of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area or in the Swiss Confederation for the purpose of carrying out such activities and that he/she is not prohibited from practicing the profession, even temporarily, at the time the certificate is issued. The certificate shall be submitted in copy. If the document is issued in a language other than Romanian, a legalized Romanian translation of the respective document shall also be submitted.*
