The certification conditions are specified in art.14 B of OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves the following steps:

I. Completion, with a diploma issued by a competent entity, of a course on the management of technological risks, safety and quality of works related to the installation of industrial technological equipment

II. Preparation of the candidate's file according to art. 18 of OMECMA no.364/2010, submission to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant if it is complete, or, as the case may be, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.

III. The secretariat draws up the list of files, sends it to CPPI Busteni for issuing invitations to participate in the CERTIFICATION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTION course for DTI installation works

IV. The course lasts for 5 days, Monday-Friday and on the 6th day there is the exam with a written test, oral test and presentation of the paper prepared based on the framework content elaborated by the certification commission, communicated together with the invitation to participate in the certification course.

V. The exam result is communicated within max. 15 days after taking the exam

VI. The certificates of certification, IDs and stamp are handed personally to the candidates within 15 days from the exam date.
