The certification conditions are specified in Article 14 B of OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves going through the following steps:

I. The completion, with a diploma issued by a competent entity, of a course regarding the management of technological risks, safety, and quality of installation works for industrial technological equipment

II. Preparing the candidate's file according to Article 18 of OMECMA no.364/2010, submitting it to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant whether it is complete, or, as the case may be, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.

III. The secretariat prepares the list with the certified files, forwards it to CPPI Busteni so that participation invitations can be issued for the CERTIFICATION COURSE TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE WITH EXECUTION for DTI installation works

IV. The course lasts for 5 days Monday-Friday; on the sixth day there is an exam with a written test, oral test, and presentation of the paper prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated together with the invitation to the certification course.

V. The exam result is communicated within a maximum of 15 days after the exam

VI. The certification certificates, IDs, and stamp are personally issued to candidates within 15 days after the exam.
