The certification conditions are specified in art.14 B of OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves the following steps
I. Completion, with a study certificate issued by a competent entity, of a course on the management of technological risks, safety, and quality of installation works for industrial technological equipment
II. Preparation of the candidate's file according to art. 18 of OMECMA no.364/2010, submission to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant whether it is complete, or, if applicable, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.
III. The secretariat prepares the list with the complete files, submits it to CPPI Busteni in order to issue invitations to participate in the RESPONSIBLE TECHNICAL EXECUTION certification course for DTI installation works
IV. The course lasts 5 days Monday-Friday; on the 6th day is the exam with a written, oral test and the defense of the paper prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated together with the invitation to participate in the certification course.
V. The exam result is communicated within max. 15 days from the exam date.VI. The certification certificates, IDs and stamp are handed personally to the candidates within 15 days from taking the exam.
