Registration is done according to art. 23 amended from O.G. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by O.U.G. 43/2010.
The documents for registration must contain the following:
Standard requests Forms 1, 2
Documents: Copies of - the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office; - the fiscal registration certificate only for legal entities without patrimonial purpose.
