The updating of the registration in the National Register of Videograms is carried out when there are changes, e.g. headquarters, company name and/or additions to the documents based on which the initial registration was made, pursuant to art.36 para.6 of the Ordinance.

The documents for registration must contain the following:

Standard request - Form F4

Documents: Copies of - amendment documents, e.g. headquarters, change of organizational form, etc. and/or additions to the documents based on which the registration was made - CUI copy.
