The procedure establishes the steps that must be taken in order to obtain the evaluation report for the registration of laboratories that monitor the quality of drinking water according to Order MS No. 764/ July 15, 2005, amended and supplemented by Order 1276/ November 28, 2005, regarding the approval of the registration procedure with the Ministry of Health for laboratories that monitor the quality of drinking water within the official drinking water control. The file is submitted to the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara - Environmental Health Departments. The evaluation report is issued based on the registration file prepared according to the documents listed below in this procedure and a site evaluation visit. After payment of fees, the evaluation report is collected from the headquarters of the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara, and submitted to the Ministry of Health in order to obtain the registration certificate.
