The economic operator requests the central public institution responsible for tourism to issue the tourism license based on documentation containing the following items (see Required Documents). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from its registration date. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, through a notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the analysis period provided in paragraph (1); (3) If within 45 days from the date of the first notification the documentation provided in paragraph (2) is not completed, it is archived.
