Visa of the certificate for technical quality and extrajudicial expert, for the purpose of carrying out, on the territory of Romania, with respect to the normative acts and applicable regulations in the field of electric energy, the technical quality expertise activities for electrical installation works and/or when a legal act or a state control body in the field of electrical installation works requires this.
