The authorization of technical quality and extrajudicial experts for carrying out, on the territory of Romania, in compliance with the normative acts and regulations in force applicable in the field of electric energy, the technical quality expertise activities of electrical installation works and/or when a legal act or a body with state control attributions in the field of electrical installation works provides for this.
