The authorization of quality and extrajudicial technical experts for carrying out, on the territory of Romania, in compliance with the legal acts and regulations in force applicable in the field of electric energy, quality technical expertise activities of electrical installation works and/or when a legal act or an authority with state control duties in the field of electrical installation works provides for this.
