Certificate issued by the sports structure where the coach carries out their activity. In case the applicant is a master's degree graduate specialized in the same branch of sport in which they specialized during university studies (when applying for promotion to Senior Coach Level), they must also submit a certificate issued by the employing structure showing at least 2 years of activity carried out at the coach level (as applicable).*

Confirmation of registration for promotion exam*

Professional classification certificate. It is issued upon passing the exam. The applicant must go to the CNFPA headquarters with 2 color ID photos and, upon payment of 100 lei, will collect the professional classification certificate.*

In case of rejection of a file, the applicant may submit to CNFPA a request for reevaluation through a motivated application, accompanied, as applicable, by other relevant documents. The request is submitted to CNFPA within 2 days of the notification regarding the rejection of the file. The resolution period for reevaluation requests is 2 days from the date of their registration within C.N.F.P.A. The resolution period for a file, the request for reevaluation, as well as the final decision must obligatorily be included within the official registration period, according to the C.N.F.P.A. Instructions.
